And for me, that makes me nervous, but I'm happy for them because they are happy.

And I wouldn't want to interfere with it.

I certainly talk to them about it to try and make them aware of it, but I don't want to change them because that's what makes them happy.

And again, I'm not envious of what they're doing either because they look like they live in a crazy lifestyle and I love them for it.

And I really do sometimes go, wish I could do that.

But it's a fleeting moment because they are they, I am me.

And that I think is the way to sort of look at that point of view.

yeah so look backwards don't look forwards and try and guess so i talk about that so budgets are great because they give you a they give you a framework the concern i have from a psychological point of view is they're like defined um exercise programs they're eight weeks or budgets are a year so once you do them you've got to either restart again or as you said the retrospective so they have a fixed time period

And one of my big, big, big points psychologically that we talk about is delayed returns.

So we now live in a delayed return world.

So I got like, again, writing this book, what was one of my great things was going back to my university days and doing my physical anthropology and talking about the fact that physiologically we're exactly the same as we were 30,000 years ago.

Like that has been proven that, you know, our brain size, our brain capacity inside our skull is exactly the same.

Physiologically, movements, et cetera, are the same.

The clear difference is our lifestyle.

Back in the Stone Age was what we call here and now.

The return was instant.

You had to find shelter.

You had to find food.

Seasons happened, and that was that.

We now live in a world where we have to make decisions for tomorrow, for today,
