So you're in LA, which is the epicenter of our sports and entertainment industry.
For our listeners, you may have read Q&A with Charles on the latest issue of our magazine, the ABA Banking Journal, about his team and how sports banking is evolving in this changing landscape.
And so we're going to talk a lot about that today.
But Charles, I'd love it if first, if you could just introduce yourself and tell me a little bit more about your background and how you got into banking and where you've been thus far in your banking career.

So let's dig in on the sports and entertainment vertical a little bit more.
You've got all this disruption in the entertainment industry, in the sports industry, and in college sports in particular, with the explosion of the ability to compensate players, evolution of all of these TV rights deals and league and conference affiliations and
And then, of course, the entertainment marketplace is just completely the world of streaming and the world of music and the way that we have live events.
And it's there's so much change going on there.
