We're surviving.

We got through the hottest May on record.

Shout out to anyone who had to do that in their third trimester.

Immense respect for them.

But yeah, we've been having a lot of cool foot baths to get through it all, which has been very good.

Yeah, thank God.

I'm getting used like a little internal punching bag now.

My husband's granddad, I think it was, was an Irish champion boxer.

So I've only myself to blame for that.

Yeah.

Now, ours wasn't so much of a reveal in that there was no pink and blue tat all over the place.

We didn't cause any environmental disasters, which is a very common side effect of a lot of these parties.

All of the above, wildfires and everything have happened off the back of it.

People's grandmothers have even died at these parties, like such have been the extent of some of them going so far wrong.

Yeah, really, really sad stuff from some of them.

But this is a trend that all kind of popped off in America.

It was in around 2008, you would have seen these popping up a lot on blogs.

And some of the influencers who did start this trend have since come out and said they really regret the beast that the trend has become now and kind of how limited it is around gender, but also just the excess waste that there is around it.

Cannot recommend enough to watch the fail compilations of these online if you want a dictionary and an encyclopedia of what not to do.
