Yeah, right before. I started stand-up in 2007. I started in the Groundlings first, sketch and improv, 2005. That transitioned to stand-up 2007. But I went up the ranks pretty quick in stand-up because... I just threw myself into the comedy store in L.A. Really? We had the best place on earth. In 2007, it was such a dark time. Vibes were bad when we were there.

them up there and but just hung in there and uh 2010 did last comic standing uh and that's what and i was two two and a half years in the stand-up so pretty green pretty green that's so early yeah and people were into me but i got out right at the right time because if i'd gotten one more round i'd have been like i don't got no jokes yeah i was like how much material did you have you came in with like 10 minutes not enough for that

So it was early. That's perfect though. But it opened my, that's what, where I started touring was after that, like college shows and some clubs, but they would have to paper all those clubs, which means free tickets, giving all the free tickets out and just worked.
