So all of this is stuff that keeps me awake at night.

I mean, I'm notorious at spending sort of between two and four in the morning wide awake thinking about this stuff.

Are other people in your world thinking this way as well?

Well, they hear about it.

I imagine.

I'm not sure they want to hear about it because I think sometimes you can't solve all those problems.

And I don't necessarily see them as problems.

I see it as awareness, and that's why education is so interesting to me because once you know, you start seeing things differently and you start thinking about, well, what would that look like?

Do I want – and I've got kids in their 20s, so I've got four kids between 21 and 28 –

And admittedly, none of them plan right now to stay here.

I mean, one's about to leave next month and they can't see themselves in that future.

Yeah, so we're thinking about when we're going into, so if you were 40 now and you're thinking 20 years from now and you're 60, you're still very much working.

I mean, 49% of 65 to 69-year-olds in New Zealand work.

It's one of the highest in the world.

I think it's second after Japan.

If you're working then, what would the industries be?

You know, the one, the challenges we have, we often go back and say, oh, we're really great at the primary sector.

Great, but a farm only needs one or two people.

You know, at best, it might need half a dozen because of all the technologies that now have come in.

It's not a big employer.
