My shallow work,

is terrible i don't respond to emails i'm terrible and i'm not very good at on group chats i'm kind of like any any of those sort of things

I mean, you get back eventually.

There's so many people I need to RSVP to, and I just look at it and go, I'll do that later.

I get so angry with that because I just, I really, I think people have so much to offer in midlife and beyond.

And that we've got to be constantly learning just for the health of our brains, don't we?
