They are asking people, if you're going to refer, if you'll do it this way, we'll make it worth your while with a small donation to charity or something that you'll care about.
It's not a bribe.
And we're going to give a warm welcome to the person you're referring.
Once again, it's not a bribe, but it's an appropriate recognition.

who is really making referrals there and what they're saying.
So if you take that verbatim comment of, you know, why I'm referring to a friend, why?
And you read that comment, that's the goal.
That is what in the customer's eyes and their words, it makes you remarkable and makes you something they think would enrich the life of their friend.
