Is it the administrative stuff or is it lead generation?

No, it's lead generation.

Right.

We try to offboard lead generation because we don't enjoy doing it.

I wouldn't I would tell you 80% of people in this business do not like lead generation.

I don't necessarily love every day doing lead generation, but I know it's the tip of the spear.

So if you know that you're the best at lead generation in your company and you're the tip of the spear.

Then you have to do that task.

Until you're able to train and duplicate someone that can do it better than you or the same as you, but you're gonna need money and time to do that.
