Uh we have a wide swath of of kids in that group.

Um and they were all able to do a lot of these things.

Um some of them are harder than others.

Jumping rope is hard to to first figure out how to do that.

But it's a skill that I think is really beneficial because you can do it anywhere.

Uh if you have a jump rope that costs like 10 bucks, um then hey.

Go outside and jump some rope for a little bit.

And if you can get ten in a row.

That's great.

Maybe you have ten extra minutes of video game time tonight.

And um that can be a really strong motivator.

And they might be out there for an hour, like

to get those ten um strung together.

And so I I think parents need to really

join their kids into this because

Very rarely do kids say, I'm gonna take on this new thing that's gonna completely change my life that wasn't done within the family already.

Sometimes that happens, but not especially at a young young age when they're still living at home.

And so mom and dad need to to join in if they can, take shifts and um

Make it a competition too.

You know, a lot of these workouts are like, how many um sets of this these three movements can you do in ten ten minutes?
