So if I'm being honest with you, I can count so many days that we had that.

One of the most ones, the biggest one that I remember is we'd just been in the Premiership final year before against Saracens, probably felt we were pretty good, came into pre-season the next year, rocked up, pre-season was okay.

It was the first time that we actually, and I think Rob and I has kind of admitted that this was the first one we kind of took the foot off the gas a little bit, kind of thought we'd done well.

taking 50 points at home against clemont and i remember um there's a group of us the leadership group literally walked straight into the chief coach's office after with boots and all on boys are still blood dripping from their their noses and went right this isn't good enough this needs fixed um and we sat on a sunday evening in our gear and literally argued with each other around what needed to be done how we're going to fix it we actually went out and played um

I think we went and played Bath the following week we lost.
