You look at Mark McCall, who's just actually come out of Saracen.

Mark was involved there for 17 old years.

I look at Rob Baxter.

These are guys who are involved with teams for many, many years.

and actually can build and mold teams.

And I know I've thrown an extra chief sort of hat on it there.

They're building something new again.

And I know you're talking about international jobs there.

Rog, obviously, he's been there for a long time at La Rochelle, built something as well.

So I think there's a lot to be said.

I know we're kind of saying about those guys, but just to back up on Andy Farrell's point there, I think actually having someone there at length of time is going to be pretty cool for actually building the whole...

you can build a whole culture and stuff a bit more through it and stuff and just because it's international rugby doesn't mean it can't work it's the same as what happens at clubs you can literally build that sort of whole thing around what an international team can be and I think that's what some great coaches do when you look at some of the best ones out there like Rodgers obviously from speaking to Jack Nolan fellas there

He says that he builds that type of culture amongst these guys.

So who's to say that if he was to go in whenever an England job did come up, you know, could he not take that with the English lads as well?

I don't know.

But listen, sorry, I just kind of thought I'd just throw that in there.

Yeah, no, Jared's... I think he brings the best out in players.

But what I said, he kind of tries to empower players to play.

So, like, he'll go in.

Obviously, he'll have his own sort of mind of what he wants to do.
