They don't have modern infrastructure, they don't have modern development, and they don't have modern markets really to go sell these things.

That's the pitch from Rodriguez to the Venezuelan people who, you know, it's it like we haven't been able to pull them, but I think there's as much skepticism perhaps on the ground there as there is here, because this is a U.S.
government that is propping.
Up the Rodriguez government, which only exists because the U.S., you know, captured Nicolas Maduro and replaced him with his own vice president.
The U.S.
is on both sides of this deal.
