So they are here because they believe ICE agents are staying at this hotel.

We don't know if that's actually the case, but their goal is to try to make sure that ICE agents have as hard of a time as possible sleeping.

They plan to be out here for three, four hours plus.

We did see more than a dozen people arrested at a protest outside a federal building where demonstrators were throwing water bottles at Border Patrol.

State officials are crying foul, claiming they have been pushed out of the investigation into this shooting.
