And we need to actually deal with that and look at it in its face and stop trying to shift the blame from here to there and deal with the core issue, which is that we are in a country that has pushed us to the extremes of individualism and
in a way that will just leave you out to hang to dry and to be poor and live in squalor if necessary and push you to the limits of your mental capacity so that you end up doing something crazy.
That's the culture that we actually live in.
And there are solutions to this.
And I wish we'd take those solutions seriously.
And I think a liberal, like, am I a risk?
You know, I think we have been you know, there's been this discussion about whether or not certain people are racists.
Right.
And there's always in America, there's always going to be this really big kind of debate over whether or not a person is racist and what's the definition of racism.
But one of the definitions of racism, when you really drill down into it, is this idea of being segregationist or segregationism.
It is kind of the belief that Black people, and in this case, white people, are different species, that Black men or Black people are just inherently different.
and inherently more or inherently inferior is really the ultimate kind of point here.
And I think when I hear stuff like this, I wonder if they if a person like like this, this gentleman knows that he is repeating the exact same things that a noted racist like Bull Connor or George Wallace might say.
I truly wonder if you if I think we're entering a time where there's this kind of what I'm calling like a thinking man's racism, where they're able to kind of take these little snippets of data or these little conclusions that are really all undergird by a bunch of presuppositions.
Right.
And then they're able to make these sweeping claims.
And I just wonder if they know that you're saying something so baseline, fundamentally racist, that it's hard for me to even take seriously.
If you really believe that the race, that Black men as a group of people who have been colored, who have different melanin percentages, and that is the group that is more violent, orders of magnitude more violent than people with less melanin,
I think he is repeating what we've known for quite some time from the data, but also what we know from our lived experience.
What we know is that these ideologies are motivating like this idea of a great replacement.
