And I remember something Mark Thompson actually said many years ago, and it was at a time where we were playing finest football, but we weren't quite ready to win a premiership.

And he'd say every pre-season, when our list average age gets to about that 24, 25, I believe players have been in the system long enough, that's when we're going to have a real crack at winning the premiership.

Yeah, I mean, I think for me it was a real time of growth as a person and as a leader.

I'd been at such a great club where I had so many great leaders around me and I kind of felt like everyone knew how to prepare for a game.

Everyone, you know, they'd been in the system long enough.

And I probably didn't understand that when I first got to the football club.

You know, I like to prepare the way that everyone

that I did and and knew that that was going to help me to be able to perform at a high level um but I think I realized by year two that I really needed to walk these younger guys through that um you know what does it look like to to recover well what does it look like to to eat well what does it look like to train with quality um you know all these things so um

Yeah, I guess to answer your question, there's no doubt the first couple of years there's going to be a lot of learnings.

But I'm sure they'll work it out.

I'm sure, as you said, we're going to learn from Gold Coast, from GWS.

They might even employ some people that have been at those two clubs just to help them along on that journey.

But no, excited to see Tasmania come into the league.
