And I think you need a group of players like that.
I think you've got guys that come into the system, they've naturally got that, and then other guys just need to learn to get themselves up for every training session and every game.

And I think that's what makes a football club.
But also understanding, again, one of Mark Thompson's real strengths was helping the group to understand that
not every player is going to be the same.
You know, there's obviously a certain level everyone's expected when it comes to the way we defend, the way we attack.
But, you know, he used to say to the players, hey, Stevie Johnson's a perfect example.
I mean, he's a guy that can win a game off his own boot, but then he's a guy that is maybe going to go for some kicks at times that are not on.
But you don't want to take that away from him.
Paul Chapman's another example, you know, the way that he would play.
