This holiday season, I hope you remember that you don't have to be perfect, but if you take three or four of these strategies and actually implement them, you're gonna feel a massive difference.

Pick your next holiday event, commit to running this protocol, hydrate before you go,
Walk after a meal, protect your sleep, and I promise you, you'll never approach the holidays the same way again.
Your body is capable of incredible things when you give it what it needs.
Don't let the holidays be the thing that takes you out.
Enjoy the season without the damage.

The issue with menopause is that lots of things can crash at the same time.
