I I you know, if you get it through life without one single person rejecting you, that's gotta be pretty damn lucky.

But what I would say is if someone rejects you, it's because they're a s they're noticing that they're different from you.
It doesn't mean that you're a bad or defective person.
You know, if you think about all the times that you've rejected either a job or a friend or a particular situation or a day.
You've just chosen not that thing or not that person because it didn't suit you.
Not because that thing or that person or that job or whatever it was was bad in and of itself.
Look, I think it's showing up as authentically as you can yourself and being real with yourself about how much energy you've got to give it.
Some people date up a storm and and I take my hat off to them because it is really exhausting.
Um if you've got the energy for that, go for it.
But if you're feeling tired, if if you're dragging yourself on dates or um, you know
making yourself answer Tinder text messages twenty four seven.
You you're gonna get burnt out and and you're gonna need a holiday like with anything else.
So pace yourself.
I think we're in a society now where we have all those messages from porn and movies that everyone has this perfect sex life and everyone's bodies perform perfectly.
And it's really hard for people with that sort of history to work out, hang on, is this a normal, you know, moment of anxiety or is this my abuse coming up?
But there is a a difference between being triggered in a trauma type of way and having normal performance anxiety and usually it's the magnitude people
will describe of the fear that comes up or or the anxiety that comes up.
