So I think that's really important to understand that how you feel about money and what it means to your relationship with it is going to have a knock-on effect of every other aspect of your life.
So when we go through coaching, we're kind of like looking at like, so the behavioral stuff, the mindset, this is not stuff you can rewrite overnight.
And you don't necessarily need to, but that's the stuff we'll keep working on.
But there are a couple of things, and this is a great tip, especially with payday super coming in.
We're thinking maybe a lot of companies will change to monthly pay.
So one of the quick wins for him was with his business, the way it's set up, he gets paid monthly.
I get paid monthly as well.
More common than you think.
A quick win was instead of having one bucket of money that's his discretionary that he gets to use on whatever he wants, he's got his bills set aside.
Instead of having that there that has to last the whole month, which is really hard, we get it to drip feed another account and he now gets paid weekly.
So say for easy math, every week, say there's $1,000 a month.
Yeah.
instead of having $1,000 a month sitting in a bank account going, that's going to last me all month and going, I've got dinner with friends in three weeks.
And we're going, nah, it's $250 a week.
Just in that account, you get $250 a week.
When it's gone, it's gone.
So you now get paid every Monday or every Friday, whenever you want it.
That was a really, really quick win that we talked about.
And he was like, that would make my life so much easier.
And we just did it.
