We've all got โ
problems on different scales.
Yep.
So you don't need a financial advisor or a money coach.
It would be great if everybody had access to that, right?
But realistically, not everybody does and more people don't than do.
So though that framework that I talked about, you can apply that in your own life.
So I would start with asking yourself, regardless if you're further down the track and think you're quite good with money, going through this exercise either reaffirms that
or highlights some different areas.
So I would start with that acknowledgement.
How do I feel about my money right now?
And if I still feel like that in 12 months time, is that okay?
And if that's, so this framework actually is exactly the same to any other framework in your life.
Fitness, like if you're going, if I am still feeling like this in my body, my health, my fitness, the framework applies.
Acknowledge where you're at right now, then reflect what got you here.
What are the thoughts and feelings?
And that might be, you know, different things that have happened in your life.
Yeah, even way back further.
So one of his first memories was his dad cutting up a Mars bar for like six of them to share.
So that's a money story that happens from when we're like age seven.
