Wow.
But he also could have got a fun packet, you know, like those fun sized ones.
We have a workbook that you can download.
If you don't really know the things to be prompting yourself with for you to work out, to dive into how you feel about money, that workbook's really good.
So yeah, acknowledging where you're at and something needs to change, reflecting on what's happened up until this point, and then flipping that.
And imagine what it could be.
Like, what do you want to feel about money?
And do you already feel some of those?
What would you prefer to be feeling and kind of like imagine that?
And what do you need to get that?
So you might just be like, I want to feel really calm about money and in control and not panicked.
So does that mean you need a buffer in your cash flow?
You need an emergency fund?
You know, you can just start to imagine what you would need to feel all those things.
And then the action comes in.
And as I said, just pick one.
It doesn't have to be an overhaul overnight.
Just pick the one area that you'll start.
If it's an emergency fund, maybe you just open up another bank account and you put a dollar in.
You've just taken one step and then you take more and more and more.
