But it also put my wife in a very strange position in Manchester with Brenda, Alan's wife.

So we had a long car drive from where we were staying in San Roque, Guadalcorte, near Gibraltar, up to Seville for the match.
And the match took place in the Real Betis Stadium.
And believe it or not, Scotland took the lead.
They had a midfielder called David Neri who played for...
for Dundee United, who had been European Cup semi-finalists the year Liverpool won it.
They got knocked out by Roma.
So Dundee United were a very strong team.
