And we've very frequently had times where there'll be call after call after call after call come in to the same location that our platform can handle, obviously, but another, you know, a human obviously can only handle one at a time.
So I think there's a time and a place, right?
depending on your business and how much volume you get.
But especially in the franchise world, at least from my experience, you almost always get more bang for your buck.
You get more ROI with something like an agent, especially if it's quality.
That's always people's biggest, like, oh, what if it doesn't sound good?
Or what if my customers hate it?
That's always the biggest gripe.
And I would have completely agreed with you like 18 months ago and been like, yeah, AI is not worth it.
Go with like an overseas agent.
But you would not believe the speed at which this technology is getting better.
Like it is insane.
Even starting back to when we opened up Nail, our first ever client, his name is Dan Blanc of Fence Guys.
He's down in Louisiana.
You can ask him too.
And we probably even have the call data, but that version of that agent sounded terrible, terrible.
Like it was bad compared to now, right?
Like we had a, we actually had a scenario come up recently where one of our voices.
So one of our voice providers that we use, uh,
to answer the calls, they had gone down and it had swapped back to our fallback voice, right?
