So basically the other model that was speaking to the customers and it was, we haven't touched this fallback voice since a year ago, right?

And so the fallback voice was something that was a year old that we used to use for most of our clients in summer of 25.

And when that happened, it happened only for a few hours a couple weeks ago.

But we got so many support tickets.

We got people calling us being like, what the hell happened?

This sounds terrible.

It's all robotic.

What the hell's going on?

And we're like, we have no idea.

Eventually, we come to find out that it had swapped back to our old voice.

And it just...

clicked in my mind of how crazy this technology has gotten in the past year.

And it's, I love this saying by Alex Ramosi, like right now is the worst, the absolute worst AI will ever get.

Like it will only ever get better.

Um, and so, um,

I'm a betting man.

I like to bet on the future.

And so the quality is way better than what it was a year ago.

And I would say 80% of the people that call into our franchises can't even tell that it's AI.

And the ones who do are fairly savvy.
