Said, you know what, go with overseas.
It's going to be a better experience.
Now, it's like no question, just because the technology has gotten so good.

I actually get this, I actually get this question a lot.
Um, and outbound is tricky, right?
Because, um, the, I forget the name of the organization.
It's like the TS CPA or the TCPA or something like that.
Yeah.
They got some crazy regulations with outbound right now.
And it's not impossible, right?
Like with outbound, if you have extremely clear consent from the customer or the person who you're sending the call to, much like A2P, if people are familiar with A2P, like that little checkbox that says, I consent to receive messages from this business, you have to have a very explicit checkbox or a very explicit way for them to provide consent to receive AI calls.
So that's roadblock number one.
Roadblock number two is it depends on what the use case is, right?
So like we have people come to us all the time where they'll say like, oh, we want people, like if they submit a form on our website, we want AI to be able to then call them immediately to schedule the appointment.
And I'm like, you're right.
That sounds like a great idea.
That sounds like a great use case, right?
Nine times out of 10 though, in that specific case, you're gonna be better off with using something like SMS, right?
