And when we put it back and we kind of moved up some of the qualification, I guess you could say, or maybe the diagnoses of their problem, we moved some of that up in the script.
what we found was that people were much less likely to hang up or to disengage from the conversation when they actively were getting their problem solved by the agent before they realized that they were talking to AI.
That first 30 seconds is so crucial because if you can come on
and answer the call and then immediately start to diagnose the person's problem, figure out what's best for them.
Do they need to get transferred to another rep?
Can they just get an appointment scheduled?
Are they looking for an answer to a different question about insurance or financing or whatever it might be, right?
If you can provide them with the answer to their question or their problem as soon as possible, they're way, way, way more likely to stay on the phone for the whole conversation.
Even if they do end up realizing that it's AI later on because they're like, oh, hey, you know, this thing isn't that bad.
It's helping me out.
So, yeah, I think that this kind of goes along with my point of where does it go in the future?
Like, as this technology keeps getting better and better, people are just going to keep getting more and more value from it before they realize that it's AI.
So they're going to be less likely to hang up.
And we see this trend continuing as we change our models and things like that.
It's just a demo, so you can give it any address that you want.
Like I said, it really depends on the market too.
But like I said, we found that if you can just give value upfront or start solving their problem or just get right into the juice of things as, as quickly as you can before they realize it's AI, like way less likely to hang up statistically.
Um, usually if someone hasn't kind of looked into this technology yet, it's usually because they have some fear around the quality, right?
