And here's what it would look like going forward to roll this out to the rest of the brand.

And then we usually will do something like maybe a webinar or an event or do some sort of big launch to the rest of the brand to commemorate the launch, number one, and then also get as much adoption as we can early on into the service.

So pilot programs about 60 days and then adoption after that just scales with time.

So early on, we did.

We don't do that much anymore just because it's kind of been solidified that young female is the way to go.

But early on, we did a lot of testing when we just had a few clients, male versus female.

And

It's not that big of a deal, I guess.

The percentage points, at least from our data, in difference between booking rate and CSAT and all of that stuff really wasn't that crazy.

But I think naturally people are just a little bit more responsive to a female voice over the phone.

They were a little less rude as well, a little less abrasive when they were on the phone when they were speaking to a girl voice over a male voice.

And then old versus young.

Young voices, I have no idea why.

But young, higher-pitched voices seem to work better with the AI model than older voices.

I don't know what it is, but the tonality and the inflection and just the pronunciation of words seems to be better, or at least to my ears, seems to sound better when it's coming from a younger voice than maybe a middle-aged or an older voice.

Again, no idea why, but...

Yeah, so we don't do much AB testing about that anymore just because we don't really see the need to, but in the beginning we did and kind of landed on young female.
