So like I said, we have two stages, right?

So we have our pilot program and then we have the continuous monthly service to have the thing keep running.

So the pilot programs range from 10 to $20,000 for the full 60 day period, depending on the size of the franchise and the size of the work required.

and then after that per location we usually charge about 997 per month just under a thousand bucks a month and that's a flat monthly service fee that just runs continuously typically we will also comp a lot of their ai usage costs up to a certain minute amount so let's say 500 minutes or something like that and then anything over 500 minutes we usually will just rebuild one to one back to the back to the customer back to the location owner because like i

I don't really care about making money on usage and that's not where I make my profit.

And so whatever we get charged for usage over a certain threshold, we usually just rebuild back to the client, but it's usually negligible.

I think our highest volume locations pay maybe an extra 120 or 150 bucks a month in overage.

How much?

Maybe like 150 bucks at most.

Yeah.

Exactly.

And that's how most presidents or CEOs that we talk to look at it, right?

They're like, okay, well, we could spend $3,200 and have one person who can handle one call at a time only during a certain set of hours.

Or we could spend $1,200 a month at the high end and have something that will never shut off and will always answer the calls no matter what and run all the time.

So it's like, well, when you put it like that, it's not too hard to see the value.

Oh man, I see this all the time because I'm, I mean, a lot of my friends are in that kind of phase, right?

Where they like, they're extremely technical.

Like they can, they understand code.

There might even be, have a software developer background and they can use these AI tools to expand that technology even farther, but they don't really know either what to build or why to build it.

And that's the biggest piece that I see people get wrong is why, right?
