Exactly.

So I left the partnership almost a year ago, I think last week and then started Nail and then immediately just got to work and

We ended up focusing mostly on AI voice, AI voice receptionists, call handling, and kind of merged into the franchise industry once we started to gain some traction there and learn a lot more about that space.

But yeah, in kind of a long-winded answer, that's where I came from, from 18 until now.

Yeah, yeah, great question.

Well, it's mainly happening because Superior Fence and Rail is so big, right?

And they get so many calls every day.

And so...

Basically, what we're doing for them is we've attached our platform, our software onto the back end of their phone system so that pretty much anytime someone misses a call or doesn't pick up the phone in any of their territory offices, it just gets immediately sent to us.

And then we do kind of the traditional thing, right?

We answer the phone.

We qualify the person, make sure that they're actually able to serve that customer based on certain criteria of each individual location.

So each individual location has their own criteria that they can set in our platform to make sure that we are qualifying against their rules as well.

So we make sure the person's qualified, we gather all their information, and then we can book an appointment straight onto that franchisee's calendar.

And there's a lot more going on behind the scenes than just that.

But that's essentially, at the end of the day, what we're doing.

Just making sure that not a single customer gets left behind.

Nobody goes to voicemail, no one's having to make a bunch of calls at a Monday morning because there was 50 missed calls over the weekend.

No, any location that's using Nail now through Superior Fence and Rail, they have never missed a call since.

Yeah, seriously.
