I don't think people understand how... It's because it's a hidden metric, right?
It doesn't really appear on any dashboard or any reporting that a traditional marketing company or even a traditional phone provider like CallRail or RingCentral.
People don't really report on that.
So they're not really getting... They're not really feeling the effects of having all of those missed calls.
They just think, oh, dump more money into marketing and let's get more leads.
Or, oh, we got to improve our sales process when...
Honestly, a lot of times the biggest gap is within that first contact of making sure that person actually gets answered.
You wouldn't believe how many times like it's crazy to see because because we're attached to a lot of these franchises, specifically Superior Fence and Rail, like any call that comes to us is effectively a missed call.
Right.
Like if if we think about that logically, that is a call that they did not pick up.
Right.
And so we get, I mean, near a thousand calls a day just from Superior Fence and Rail.
And you have to think like if you're the brand president or if you're the guy running the show at Superior Fence and Rail,
you got to know that missing a thousand calls a day across your network has got to hurt, right?
Like that has to be costing you money.
And so it's insane to see that a lot of times people don't put as much emphasis on that part of the sales process when in reality, it could be one of the factors that can make you the most, like it can change the trajectory of the revenue generate from the marketing that you're running exponentially.
Like it's crazy.
Yeah, I think a lot of people get this mixed up because you'll have people who run platforms like we do come on here and be like, oh, you send everything to AI.
This is the next new thing.
You can replace all your CSRs and just have this AI thing.
