Since 2019, I went to that center, and that has been working for years.

People get out of Libya where there's a risk of torture.

The infrastructure in Rwanda is there.

What wasn't there is why the Tories failed, was a credible access to asylum.

You get UNHCR involved.

You ask UNHCR in Rwanda to agree on ways to guarantee that there is quality asylum access to that in Rwanda.

And then you say anybody who leaves Libya from 1st of October and arrives in Israel or Greece will be detained and sent to Rwanda for if they want to apply for asylum.

Now, the access to asylum is key.

Otherwise, our courts will stop it.
