It's been incredible.
And probably a part of me is thinking, why didn't I do it earlier?
Because I think one of the reasons why I didn't probably say anything earlier was because I was unsure of the reaction I was going to get.
It's sort of like plays hand in hand with each other.

It's been incredible from people reaching out who spent time with me around that time and from apologising because they didn't see anything wrong with me and didn't recognise it to people who have gone through the same and are struggling as well.

I just feel people see me maybe in a bit of a different light now because I'm such a tough character on the pitch.
I think people now find me a lot more relatable and they just know that, listen, even if I had everything going for me in my life, there was a point when I hit a brick wall and I couldn't see nowhere else to turn really.
There was a range of things.
It wasn't really just one pinpoint thing.
I was struggling in college so I was at the Arsenal Academy at the time and I just went there and just wanted to play football and
I weren't doing well in college at all.
And I don't think then at 16, 17, you really care about college.
So it was that.
It was sort of, how do I tell my mum and dad that I'm failing in college?
I was living away from home.
I was really missing my family.
I've become so distant from them.
