If you had to describe it, what was so magic about that armpit?

What was the particular pheromonal potpourri?

Yeah, the pheromonal potpourri, in terms of pure smell, it was kind of like pine and a bit of fenugreek and like a bit of cinnamon, like kind of spicy and earthy, very healthy, very young.

I mean, he was 26.

Oh, my God, he was 26.

I was 38.

Wow.

But what happened when I sniffed his armpit is that I went from a very rational analysis of who he was into a very primitive and primal attraction that then threw out any ideas I might have about what was right or appropriate or sensible or any of the lessons that I'd learned.

It was purely, well, hello.

I was 40 by this stage and I didn't think I could have kids.

You know, I just didn't think that was going to be possible.

And I got pregnant.

And I found out I was pregnant and we were both...

Pretty overjoyed.

And then four days after I found out I was pregnant, I found out I had breast cancer and was told that I had to terminate the pregnancy or I'd die.

So, yeah, that was a big couple of days.

So in the beginning, I was like, oh, I'm not going to do any of the medical stuff.

It'll be fine.

And it wasn't fine.
