But the rats in my house have no interest in coming into the house really.
They're just interested in being in the walls.
And that's where they seem to just move around in the walls and in the downstairs ceilings.
So that's just purely for shelter.
I think they're just nesting and they're in there for shelter.
They're not in there for food or anything else because they're not looking for food and they're not looking to come out.
Kind of, yeah.
I've kind of had to, like, I can't move out.
Where do you go?
I live on my own, granted, so I suppose I could couch surf or something.
But, I mean, a year and a half later, it's still going on.
And I got, I had a guy in with a camera and he was looking at my sewers and my pipes there last September.
And he suggested cutting manholes in my downstairs ceilings to put traps directly into the ceiling.
But they seem to be able to outsmart
everything they can take the food out of everything and not and not uh knock the trap off and so they're they were having a grand old time and um so what i do now is i have but i bought a pencil camera you know they're like the endoscopic cameras yeah so now i can unscrew the manholes um and i balance the lids on my head and take them down and i'm on the ladder with my
with my pencil camera and I'm putting it into the holes in the joists of the ceilings to see what they're at.
And recently, no, you don't see them, but you just see the evidence.
About six weeks ago, I hadn't opened it for a few weeks because I was just a bit exhausted from it and I heard a lot of activity and I thought I'd better go back up and have a look.
So I took down the lid and
I put the camera in through one of the little holes and you watch it on your phone and you can see what's there.
