And that's an important principle to keep in mind.
The other thing is, listen, we know Donald Trump has an appetite for violence.
Remember what he said during his first administration?
Can't the military just go out and shoot the protesters in the legs?
So I agree with you.
There is a risk of violence.

And gassing them in front of the White House, remember?
Yeah, exactly.
And Donald Trump hopes that the risk of violence and maybe even the fear of violence in the minds of some of the folks who are debating whether to get out there and protest or not will sort of tamp down the numbers of the people who come out.
But then I've heard a lot of people in recent days say, yeah, but the more people who protest
Doesn't that give Donald Trump a pretext to, for example, you know, be heavy handed, use the military, maybe even invoke the Insurrection Act and declare martial law?
Aren't we damned if we do and damned if we don't?
To which I say we may be.
We may be damned if we do and damned if we don't.
So how about we do?
How about we do instead of sitting at home and we don't?
Because then we know we will be feeding the dictator.
But if we get out there and we do, and God forbid they perpetrate violence against us, that will further accelerate the demise, the political demise of this aspiring dictator, this autocrat, in my opinion.
