The more he ratchets up the abuse of the American people, Don, against our constitutional rights,

the more weakness he shows and the more I think the tide will continue to turn against him.

So the word for the day is peaceful, right?

You can lock arms.

You can move forward slowly, not lunging as Senator Padilla didn't do.

I didn't appear to lunge at anybody.

That whole thing is pure folly and theater orchestrated by the Trump administration.

And I hope the California authorities, because when you commit a crime on federal property, guess what?

That federal property was located in the state of California.

So I hope to hell that the authorities in the state of California investigate what appears to be an assault and excessive force.

I hope they do that.

But what you can do is remain peaceful.

I mean, we have seen peaceful marches, right?

Getting in good trouble.

And the bottom line is, if they try to take you into custody, this is really hard.

But don't resist.

because that will give them the opportunity to ratchet up the force they use against you.

Don't resist.

Let them take you into custody because one, they're either going to release you without charges and I can do a deep dive.
