In the same way I liked the way Andy Farrar stood up for his players.
It's one of those small things in a changing room that when the main lad goes to bat for you as players, in almost 20 years in professional rugby, the most valuable currency is honesty.
And when a coach has that, then they get respect, then they get trust, they get all of these.
And Leo exemplifies that in the same way I think Andy Farrell does.
I think that's why he gets a lot of that trust in behind it.
