And then we get the beautiful, gorgeous, golden stuff on the inside.

And I think that's true with friendships too.

It's true with everything, isn't it?

Relationships, like keep doing the work because then we get the goodness and the golden and your life just keeps getting richer and richer and deeper and deeper.

So I'm always going to be striving for and always believing that it can get better.

And it's not about stuff and it's not about being greedy.

It's not about...

It's about why the hell not.

Yeah.

And I learned the most, Lael, when we're talking about that, is I learned the most from people that have been through trauma and tragedy.

I mean, my girlfriend Emma lost beautiful daughter Sylvie, her gorgeous girl Sylvie, at 15 months.

And she lives the most remarkable life.

She just reminds us every single day, through joy, through expansion, through abundance, she would be the one that would have the right

to not live like that.

So she shows us that despite that terrible, terrible trauma and loss and tragedy, her life, because of Sylvie, is so beautiful and so big and so magnificent.

And I think from doing that, Lael, we honour Sylvie more when we read for the stars.
