That's why we're having these difficult conversations.
And I think when we go in with that energy of this isn't me criticizing or complaining.

It's a it's a bid for to look after our connection and our relationship.
They are very hard work that's the thing they really are and what I will say is not really relating to maybe this person that wrote but in general relationships are hard work but the right relationship will feel like it's worth the work if you're putting in work and you are seeing progress or change even if it's slow

Whereas if you're in a relationship that might be the right one for you, you can put in work for indefinitely.
You can work on it forever.
Will it ever get to the, you know, if it doesn't feel like it's actually getting there or worth it, that's when you need to start questioning.

Is it?
You know, like not instant progress, but you should feel if you're working on a relationship, if you're working on your communication, you should feel over time that it's going somewhere.

With sex, we have to think about context.
What else is happening around it?
And that's going to impact the experience.
How am I feeling in my body that day?
How are my stress levels?
