Well, one of the most common questions I ask everyone I work with, which sounds very strange, is why do you have sex?
Why?
Why do you have sex?
What does it bring to your life?
Because often we hear, oh God, like, you know, it's...
If it gets to that point, you're feeling like, you know, it's a chore or it's something you should do or it's something you must do.
We've gone off track a bit because it shouldn't really.
Ideally, we don't want it to be like that.
So I'm always asking, why do you have sex?
Like, what does it bring?
What does it mean to you?
What does it bring to your life?
And that seems like a very simple question, but it's actually quite complex.
And you can spend a bit of time thinking, OK, well, makes me feel maybe good in myself.
It makes me feel connected to my partner.
It makes me feel feminine or excited or, you know, I'm not going to put words in people's mouth.
But if you can answer that, that's a really good starting point.
