Listen, well, I stepped away from that spring season, I don't know, a few years ago, maybe four or five years ago, just because it was just too much.
So now I'm kind of on for half the year, off for half the year.
So I really like it.
And Claudia is brilliant.
So it seems a no-brainer to get her in to do those shows.
And I thought she did a great job because I feel like what she did
there was no sense in which she was kind of mimicking the rhythms of my show.
You know, it was very much the Claudia Winkleman show.
The way she reacted to the guests, the way she sat in her chair, the energy she brought, it was, it felt,
really different and i think that's so hard to do particularly from a standing start so um i enjoyed it i mean the thing is i like chat shows like i i will watch if chapters are wrong i'll watch them i'll watch old chat shows on youtube uh yeah i i as a form i just really enjoy them
That's such a huge question.
I mean, I was really struck when I was at drama school back in the 80s, we all saw success as only one thing.
You know, it was our name in lights, our name above the title.
It was a Western show, it was a movie.
That was success.
And a few years ago, we had a reunion, you know, of everyone.
And very few of those people are still acting.
Very few of them are still in show business.
And I thought it was so interesting how, for all of those people, what success looked like had changed so much.
You know, for some, it was running a business.
