Exactly, built massive batteries.
Yeah.
But they've doubled down on renewables.
They're now a 70% renewable system.
And I think it's certainly one of the cheapest in Australia from having been one of the most expensive.
By embracing this change and investing in the technologies for it, you end up in a cheaper and more resilient, reliable world.
Yeah, it's honestly a great example.
And first of all, by the way, what Texas has is relentless competition and the ability to build stuff.
And I think that latter point is what's enabled them to really benefit from building out wind and solar
in terms of electricity costs.
And by those low electricity costs, have then changed the economy of Texas because they're attracting massive manufacturing because, among other things, they've got really cheap electricity.
And so one of the interesting things is you can get to virtuous circles once you've crossed this road.
Now, the point you're talking about there, I should set the scene, really.

Because the inspiration for so much of the way we think about this is sort of conversations I have with my mom.
