Or maybe predicting, hey, more often than not, this wire that I send out monthly typically hits in this timeframe.
You think about automating decisions, automating money movement.
It's funny, one time I saw a bank, I won't say who they are, but a bank and their corporate on stage talking about this new dashboarding and reporting and making everything real time.
And then afterwards asked the bank, the corporate was ranting and raving about it.
Afterwards asked the bank and the bank said, oh, we faked it.
It's all batch data, but we made it look real time.
Well, the cool part about AI is if you think about it,
can sort of fake it but do better.
Like another one is payroll, right?
Like if you think about trucking companies, I know that's a huge use case for paying paying truck drivers when they drop off their merchandise and the mess of data that you've got to go collect.
Again, I just think it's a huge opportunity for AI to help simplify that better predict it manage the mess of it, make it more usable for corporates and businesses.
So first off, I've been in banking long enough to have memories of certain instances where banks have tried to charge for retail payment capabilities.
I'm not going to wade into interchange.
I'm not talking about that.
But banks charging for retail payment capabilities.
And for those of us that have been in this industry a while, you probably have the same memories and you probably remember how very badly it went, right?
So for me, one of the first things is just the business case, right?
Like it or not, traditionally speaking, it is very difficult to make money off of payments for retail customers.
And again, I'm going to put interchange aside because I don't think we have enough time here.
And I don't feel like getting shot from either side.
