I think what we should pay attention to is the reconfiguration, the realignment of everything in the Western Hemisphere, particularly what we used to call Latin America, Central South America, and the Caribbean.
We're seeing a big shift, and you just alluded to that, of these governments.
You know, Bolivia under Morales, very left, very anti-U.S.
That's all changed.
And you're seeing that with a number of these countries.
They're shifting to a pro-U.S.,
pro-Western outlook, Chinese influence is diminishing.
I've consulted on projects down there where it was very frustrating to see the Chinese doing things that they were doing, like, this is our backyard, why aren't we being more aggressive?
Now we are.
And that's what I'm watching, is not just Cuba.
I'm watching all of these countries.
We're doing things there that we just haven't done, either haven't done or haven't done for a very long time, and now we're doing it.
That's what I'm watching.
