And there were many times and I gave him permission like when things were good after the fact.
I'm like, please point me to the Lord because I need to go there because I don't want to put all this pressure on you to be this perfect husband and receive all my stuff.
Though I know you want to and he wants to, if he's not in a position to, we need to give them grace and work with one another.
You know, we're on the
same team and a lot of that time like in the prayer closet literally just pouring out my heart to the Lord, you get to a place where all the emotion is released because when you cry, you're releasing toxins from your body.
Like just again, the body's so incredible.
Like I just could go on forever.
It's just so incredible.
All the intentionality that is put into it.
And so you get to a place where after all your emotions come out, instead of dumping them on your husband and like making him feel oh
Overwhelmed, right?
You get it out with the Lord.
You receive that love.
Okay, everything's okay.
Everything's gonna be okay.
And you just start to hear his truth.
You just start to receive his truth.
And then you can approach your husband from a different, kind of like an emptier place instead of that charged up negative energy.
Last thing I'll share just on this, I feel like it'll really land with people, like a little example of even just that.
