You can only do it on a computer.
You know, a lot of people struggle with like, for example, like online shopping, impulsive spending that way.
deleting all your payment information from your computer, from your phone.
I don't have Apple Pay on my phone.
Is it unbelievably annoying?
Yeah, because that means I have to bring a wallet with me wherever I go.
However, that does really, really cut down my amount of impulsive spending.
There's a lot of other things you can do, but it's really just built around, you know, what is a simple change I can make that is like makes it easy.
So I have to consciously think about this every single time I do it, because like I said, it's kind of like going on a diet.
Like it's very hard to just like grit your teeth and rely only on discipline for a long, long period of time.
Well, it dehumanizes people.
It actually makes us feel more like Roman gladiator times, right?
It's just there for sport.
It's there to entertain me.
This is for me.
This isn't for us.
