you know in for a game out for a game and it's it's frustrating so like having been on both sides I would say you definitely favor as a player having been on both sides you definitely favor as a player being in that consistency of flow where there's little change from that starting group as little as much as possible because it just lets everyone find their flow the combinations are easier your prep in a match week is easier you're just way more in sync with everybody and then yes the couple of changes that are warranted that people have done

earn their spots then on the bench yes there's a little bit of shuffling as is the norm but I think that was you know that was probably part and parcel of why Ireland looks so in sync and why we've racked up as much scores as we have because that flow knowing where people are off your shoulder knowing people's running lines knowing what they do and don't do that's definitely all part and parcel of it so we've paid we've paid um we've paid the price in the right way for for keeping that the way it is and I think

Yeah, you could argue, and we talked about it last week, whether there's going to be a twist at 10 and maybe see the likes of Katrina Finn coming in.

But at the same time, people have to be able to do it in training.

We don't see what goes on behind closed doors.

So, yeah, look, you've got to reward what's there at some times as well and reward the form that people are showing and the consistency that they are.
