But going to the gym together was a way for us to connect.

This is all I've ever wanted.
Our dad really has changed.
And then that's when I decided to move in with him.
And, you know, being the eldest of four in a household,
You know, it's quite an attractive offer to go live with my dad, have my own bedroom, be right near the beach, one bus away from school.
Like it was, it was sort of a no brainer at that time.
And I had this sense of freedom away from my siblings and I was with dad.
He's been really nice to me.
Things have changed, but his wife was in the house.
And initially I didn't have that
I didn't have any interaction with her, really.
And she was just very unassuming.
She was sweet and soft-spoken and just sort of kept to herself, really.
And then eventually she wanted to sort of, she offered to take me to the movies.
Oh, a fortnight.
Not that much at all.
