how people actually lose their energy over time is generally through stress.
It can be through overtraining, getting injuries, and then just general things that will inflame their bodies.
If you live a bad lifestyle, et cetera, or you could get a viral infection or things like that.
If you look at the body, you can look at the body from a very, very simple equation that's really just health or vitality.
It's literally just two things.
It's just voltage, which is your overall charge, and it's divided by resistance.
And resistance is basically what we've talked about.
It's where you're leaking all the energy.
Or another way you could put it is healing equals...
your overall energy reserve minus all of the energy leaks.
If your energy leaks are too high, you just don't have enough energy left to go about your day-to-day life and to heal.
The whole game is to reduce the leaks and increase the amount of energy you put in your system.
but to begin with you don't really want to just put energy in to a broken system because it you know it's like putting um i guess rocket fuel in a really bad car like it would just blow up well what i'm what i'm thinking is like it's kind of like uh your iphone right like when you first get it and you charge it it'll stay charged for like three days
It's all inefficient.
Yeah.
Exactly.
How do we do that?
And then make the body.
super efficient game.
