But like I thought about it, the management fees like point,
somewhere between 0.4 and 0.8, I don't remember exactly.
It's quite high compared to just investing in S&P 500.
And I was like, that's kind of crazy because that fee, if that keeps growing over many years and decades, I can't escape that fee.
I can't even change without selling it.
So now I'm caught between, do I pay this high fee for a long time as a percentage fee or do I sell it out and pay a lot of tax?
And if you actually think about that on a 10 year horizon, that's going to be a much bigger stress point for people than like, what about that $200 or $300 I spent on brokerage over a few years?

I mean, I think in general, everyone's aim should be to take on as much debt or leverage as they can
you know, suffer through, suffer is the wrong word.
Like if you can manage it, then it's good.
This is assuming that it's a good investment.
You know, I'm generally dubious about investment properties, particularly in units and stuff in some big cities, but like, let's assume that it's an investment as good as ETFs or whatever else.
Well, if you can afford it, then yeah, it's a good thing not to sell, but not everyone can afford it.
And that's totally fine to offload it.
I think as well, you know, there's this concern about like, well, what if we miss out on the opportunity?
well, it's not binary, right?
Like you can easily sell an investment property, take 20% of that, you know, wealth you had to create a buffer for yourself and take the other 80% and you buy another property or I would probably just encourage you to put it in listed investments like ETFs and stuff.
Because that's the fear is like, it's not this like, we love the investment property in these questions.
